The UniTorq "M" Series rack and pinion actuator offers the industries broadest line of pneumatic industrial valve and damper actuators on the market. Manufactured in 90º, 120º, 135º, 180º, 240º and 270º rotation, there are 16 sizes to choose from.

Double acting units start at 100in.lbs. And go up to 37,200in.lbs. Of output torque at 80 PSI. Fail safe, spring return models have output torque's of 17 to 15,600in.lbs. All units will operate from -10ºF. to 195ºF and from 20 PSIG to 150 PSIG input pressure.Optional high and low temp seals and bearings are available on all sizes.

The R-Series electric actuator provides a complete solution for valve automation in applications requiring 600, 300, or 150 in. lbs. operating torque. Quarter-turn operation times are 45, 13, 8 and 4 seconds respectively. Control applications are not limited to on-off but also include modulating with digital microprocessor control. Housed in a compact package, the R-series offers extremely efficient performance. The high strength spur gears are permanently lubricated for a lifetime of maintenance free operation.
