HEAVY DUTY INDUSTRIAL THERMOCOUPLE ASSEMBLIES
|
FOR APPLICATIONS REQUIRING A THERMOWELL
Daily Thermetrics' Industrial Thermocouple Assemblies consist of three basic components:
1) A connection head assembly
2) A thermocouple element
3) A thermowell or protection tube
Daily Thermetrics' Industrial Thermocouple Assemblies are designed to provide maximum flexibility and economy through the use of standard lengths and sizes
All types of assemblies, including those with ceramic insulators, are designed to use standard length 0.260" bore Thermowells. These same wells may be used with standard length RTD's and Bi-metal Dial Thermometers for maximum flexibility
Careful factory component selection and assembly procedures allow for varying thread and length tolerance to insure that standard length original and replacement elements will always fit. Pre-measurement of replacement elements is not required
Replacement Elements, Thermowells and Connection Head Assembly components are stocked for fast delivery
Installations may easily be converted to Thermocouple, RTD, or Bi-Metal Dial Thermometer applications. Should a recorder or controller be out of service, a standard "off-the-shelf" Bi-Metal Thermometer may be installed in the well in place of the thermocouple assembly. There will be no "fit" problems. As well, existing Thermometer installation may be converted to a thermocouple input using standard Daily Thermetrics' Components
STANDARD CONNECTION HEAD ASSEMBLIES
Heavy Duty, Cast Iron Head
Aluminum, Polypropylene and Explosion Proof Heads are available
3" (nominal) cap diameter
